Pre Encounter, Encounter and Post Encounter & School of Leaders 1-3. SOL is the Key to building your 12. It is our key to 144. Leadership is not INSTANT. It's a process. Do not be overwhelmed with the multitudes. Train yourselves up. Climb the mountain with perserverance. Be strong and courageous. It will really help you in leading your people in the promised land.
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciple of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
