Compassion

Compassion

Jesus loves the poor and the sinners. He dedicated almost half of his ministry healing and helping those who are in need. He truly has a compassionate heart for sinners and the poor.

Yes, I believe that we must attract class A and B in our church. All kinds of people need the love of God and they need salvation. They may not be poor physically and financially, but they are poor emotionally and spiritually. Thus, they need God’s love. Everyone needs compassion.

But this reason is used by some Christians to target class A and B people and forget about reaching those who cannot tithe in church. POOR people need the Lord and they need to be reached out.

My tears started falling again having seen Rodel being possessed by a demon. Actually he is healed right now. Mejo out-of-mind lang siya ng konti ngayon. I met her dad, mom and Robert, her brother was really bothered about his condition.

Rodel is okay right now. He is in the church with his brother. My heart is really rejoicing kasi nakatulong ako sa family nila. They felt na hindi namin sila iniiwan. My heart is really moved with compassion. They need the Lord. They need His love through us. Kanina, yakap ng yakap si Rodel sa akin. Kahit out-of-mind siya, I felt his love. He needs help.

Jason’s mom is in the hospital for weeks now kasi di pa sila nakakabayad sa hospital. Saw their condition and I was moved with compassion. God’s love must be extended to His family. Yes prayer is essential but we have to act and help them!

Saw some of my members and I was moved with compassion. Of course, our purpose is for them to be with me in running the vision but more than that, I see people who need the Love of God with no strings attached. We help not because they want them to attend the church but we help because we just love them!

Lord, I want to be like you. Help me to have a compassionate heart. Enlarge my heart.

Bless Rodel. I am praying for his complete recovery. I pray for Jason and his family. I pray for Jazel and Kathy’s dad to be healed. I pray for tin’s direction kung anu course ang kukunin niya.

I pray for history makers!

fire and fire and fire

its 5am. am enjoying my new laptop, thanks papa!

browsing G12 sites. read blogs and watched videos and am really blessed to see how these churches experience tremendous growth. they are really really passionate to win the country for Christ! Some are targeting 2000 cells this year and some are praying for 500 cells and it amazes me how God answers their desperate prayers. they are really desperate for Christ!

talked to my leaders a while ago and am excited to hear their excitment to conquer souls this year. my challenge to them is to really win as much as they can and bring them to our cells.

hindi sila makakapagstart ng cell unless hindi sila makapagwin ng isang soul. One soul leads to one cell. and i am really excited to see them cry for souls!

this week i fasted and prayed for direction in running the vision. i also asked God to help me form a twelve sa boys. and i am just happy to see potential leaders sa boys after the encounter. we are really growing and i thank God for that.

my prayer is that He will show me the 24 people (boys and gurls) that i would be training for the harvest. thats what am longing for.

tuesday is my last day at work and i am so excited to work hard and see God's vision fulfilled.

i thank the Lord for giving me the vision. it is the greatest gift in my life.

Lord, my desire is to win more souls and make disciples this year. Empower us and change us everyday.

I also pray for my friend's salvation. you know who they are, i really want them to be rescued from death and show them life.

Lord i pray for this week's success. help my cell members to bring a soul this week! I am so excited! :)

Lord i want to die!

i want to be secured. i want to be like you.

train me and equip me more!

'cause all that i need, You are
and if the world caved in around me
to You i'd still hold on
cause You're all that i believe

JESUS.. because of You.. i'm FREE

verse 2:
would you believe me if i said...
that God can make miracles happen today
would you believe me if i said...
that you dont need to wait for the answers before..

would you believe me if i said
that nothing is ever IMPOSSIBLE.. for God..

Panalangin

kung kailangan ng sign and wonders

o ng isang matinding pangyayari na yayanig sa akin

Ay, oo! Pwede din sa panaginip

dahil lagi kong ipagdadasal ang pagdating

hindi na ako mapakali

gusto ko nang makilala

pero sabi nga there is a time for everything

kailangang paghirapan

Bigyan mo ako ng galing sayo

Yung binigay mo talaga hindi ko pinili

yung alam kong sinabi mo

At alam kong WILL MO

dahil dati nagdepende ako sa sarili ko

lahat naman siguro pinapangarap na may tutulong sayo sa lakad mo sa buhay

yung taong pinapangarap mong makasama habang buhay

magtutulungan kayo, hawak kamay!

magmamahalan at magtatawanan

magtututulungan at magkkwentuhan

at kapag kami nagsama walang impossible, ikaw pa!

buong puso ako humihingi sayo

baguhin mo ako! kagaya mo!

para makayanan ko ang ibibigay mo saakin

I want my G12 Lord!

My dream team!

PLEAAAAAAASE! :(

4 C's i ask of you (gawim mo na din akong ganun)

can wait

Hello everyone!

its 2:57 in the morning already and i can't sleep. I can't wait for April 06 to approach, my last day at work! I am excited to do things for God; start more cells, to travel here and there, do productions for the vision and for the lost souls.

We had our G12 meeting a while ago with my sisters in Christ and we had a great time! I shared with them the 15-minute revolution that we've learned from Singapore. Mama's net is growing and im greatly inspired.

I watched "Honey" again. And after the movie, tears starts falling from my eyes. She inspired me to help and love people. Ganda!

Ask the wrong question and you'll get the wrong answer

By. Richard Witmer.

Wrong Question: How do I grow my church?

This is definitely the wrong question. The wrong question will always lead to the wrong answer. This question is focused on me, instead of Jesus and The Great Commission. This question also reveals wrong motives. It shows in the way that some churches advertise. Many churches that are trying to grow will advertise in Christian media. While this may grow their church, it is not accomplishing the Great Commission. They are merely moving sheep from one pen to another.

Some pastors today are trying to grow their churches so that they can feel successful. They would be satisfied if their churches had 10,000 people, if they had nice properties and buildings, plenty of money, and were making their rounds as a “guest speaker.” Many would be happy, even if they weren’t winning souls. This is the result of asking the wrong question.

Right Question: Do I have a vision and a strategy to win the world for Christ?

This question is based in the Great Commission! This is what Jesus has called the Church to do! If you honestly asked yourself this question today, what would be your answer?
I had to answer this question. Although I had a desire to see the lost come to know Christ, I realized that I did not have a vision to accomplish this goal. I had a desire to make disciples, but had no strategy to disciple the multitudes. I then realized that I must get into the G12 vision.
The right question never allows you to become satisfied with the number of people attending your church! We have a responsibility win the multitudes for Jesus! We are not called to “play church.” We are called to win the lost! “Feelings” will not get the job done! Every word, desire, and conviction must have a vision and a strategy! The Government of 12 is that vision!

Do you have a vision and a strategy to win the world for Christ? Yes! If the Lord gives us enough time, together we can win the entire world for Jesus through the Government of 12!
I was recently speaking with a pastor who was considering G12. I said, “You have a passion for souls. You need be in G12. If you don’t, you won’t be able to sleep at night!” He replied, “I can sleep. I’ll just take sleeping pills.” He was joking, but I wasn’t laughing. It is time to wake up! Jesus wants to use YOU!

This is the first of a series of blogs in which I will talk about why I am in the G12 Vision. I will talk about my life, my family, my disciples, and my church and how the vision has affected each area of my life.

Give Me the Multitudes!

Before Singapore

Before we went to Singapore, I was reading books and submerged myself in God's words and revelations. Literally, fire is burning inside me. I am so excited seeing that we are getting there despite of the difficulties and challenges ahead of us. "Courageous Leadership" of Bill Hybels inspired me that REALLY! The Church is the hope of the WORLD! And so, I dream together with that book that our church will be a great blessing and that the LEADER is of course much needed in that journey! And I believe that despite of my imperfections, I am called by God to this purpose. I just need to really fix my character and increase my competence. Please help me God. I am a willing instrument.

For the last weeks before our trip, literally, I've been really working hard! After work, I go here and there. God opened a door for us to minister in a community near our church and met 30 plus kids and youth and targeting 200 more youth there! They really need the Lord. I also come with my father every Mondays to a family with more than 15 youth relatives. My three siblings and I went there a while ago straight to our flight from Singapore. I delivered the word. Mitchelle led the Pre-Encounter after the cell and Keeneth led the Worship. Every Wednesdays and Thursdays I meet my boys and girls group. Not only that, I really work hard to teach Pre-Encounters here and there for our Encounter delegates this March.

I have to confess that I am shifting my net of 12 and praying for God to give me a dream team. So I rested from casting the vision for the purpose of “I wanna go out of the cell” drama. God impressed to me that I should not wait for my disciples to do it! They will follow after. And now I really can feel that we are growing slowly but surely!

Fire is really burning.

Give Me the Multitudes Conference!

But during the conference that was led by Apostle Laurence Khong and His Wife together with Cesar Castellanos, the literal, burning passion inside my heart fade away. And with this, I felt a genuine manifestation of God's touch in my life. It was quiet, calm, gentle but POWERFUL. Feelings are not included anymore.

The conference just taught me that if I change, everything will change. God turned my heart of stone into a heart of flesh. We must have a heart that is not attached to anything. We must be able to say to God that we are willing to give Him everything he asks of us! Many Christians do not overcome because they have not died. And so, we have to die and replace our hearts with the heart of God. We must be able to break away with the past, not to dare touch the things in the past! We need to have a heart transplant! Gravacious!

We need to do this and the lights will turn on….

Pastor Claudia on the other hand encouraged us not only for us to have a change of heart but we must know our purpose and calling and that is to shine and reach the stars! We are stars and the jobs of the stars are to shine!

Hay! He gave me a new heart and sweet strategies on how to love the world for Jesus, sweet strategies on how to grow the youth more and how to make an impact in our community (and I will share later how to do that)

Heart Talk with my Sisters and Mama

After the conference, my family except papa with Gladys, Jazel and Kate gathered and shared with each other what we've learned. Then we dismissed to rest. But the Lord moved the four of us, sisters with Mama to talk, a heart to heart exchange.

Before our trip to Singapore, the Lord attacked us with simple circumstances that made us uncomfortable with each other. We became irritated to one another and there were quiet misunderstandings that we all don't know! There was an attacked in the spiritual realm because he knows our great potential when we work together!

So I initiated the talk. Mama was really praying for a heart to heart talk with us and to make the long story short, we had a great time with each other. We asked for forgiveness and made a commitment that for ONE WEEK no negative words shall come out from our mouths!

We decided need to make a revolution inside our home to bring revolution outside! I have great sisters with me, very talented and anointed and I am so blessed to have them with me, serving in the ministry! I pray that God will bless us more so that in turn we could bless others!

Break away with the past and it will start in yourself first and next in your family!

Vision

Now I do not fear because I believe that the Lord has called me to be His minister. So when I decided to resign at my work and gave up my career to a greater career ahead of me, soul business, fear is not in my vocabulary. Yes, we have to minister in the market place (and that’s what I am encouraging my youth to do!) but I also believe that if we have the vision for church growth and penetration, the leader must take a stand to go full time and do the business of God. Why should we fear? We are making a history and doing God’s business is the greatest business one can ever have and I know this is a sure success!

Of course, arts and theater and events run in my blood so I will use this weapon to glorify God soon as I start my own events company called “Paradigm Shift”. But this is my second priority. My first priority is God’s business and he will use my business to make history!

City Harvest Church

After the conference, we visited city harvest church with more than 25,000 members! Grabe! The guest pastor taught us how to have an impact in the community. This confirms Pastor Laurence Khong’s preaching during the conference.

He told us that the church is a revolutionary idea. Often people view us as an organization that is always “against”; against homosexuals, drugs, cigarettes, bad companies, sinners! But Jesus didn’t live that way. In fact He always mingles with them and He just love being with people! Of course to love people doesn’t mean that we have to endorse what they do or live the way they do. To welcome those means just to love them with no strings attached!

That is a why their church has grown really big is that it is a loving and genuine church. In the past they always look for numbers but when they decided not to look at numbers their church has grown exceedingly.

Also, people view us as people who help but with a motive of inviting them to church or at the end of the good deed; we explain to them the salvation and lead them to sinner’s prayer. This is not wrong! This is the great commandment but the motive is wrong. We don’t love them because of the church! We don’t love because we are obliged to do it! We love them because we just love people. Sharing, inspiring and helping.

That is why the church must be and is a revolutionary idea. We don’t just shout for change like the rebels. We don’t just rant for change. We are revolutionist! It means that we shout and do a replacement movement.

I remember I think a month ago, my family and I went to a bar called “Ascend”. Well, don’t laugh at me, but it was my first time to go in there because I’m not a party person. In the past what I love to do is to watch theater plays and interesting productions. Anyway, I observed the people and man I pity them. Well, I don’t know them and judge them, I know they were there for fun but I hope they could do those shouting and dancing for Jesus. So I observed the beat, the place, the lights and everything. I asked myself what do this bar have that keeps the people coming? And instead of having fun, I talked to my dad and pin pointed the things that the bar has and thinking of bringing them to church! “Papa look, we need more moving lights in the church!” etc etc.

You see, we can’t just always be against of everything! We have to offer an alternative! To offer them better than what they’ve enjoyed doing.

So, we really need to make a revolution. Other Christians are waiting for divine appointment from God and after 5 years that divine appointment didn’t come. So they wasted 5 years and didn’t bring anything to the Lord.

So the pastor came up with an idea, a revolutionary idea! The title is “15-munite” revolution. This means that everyday we must do good to people with no strings attached. You know, I am the most unfriendly and most unloving person when I’m not in church. Christians act like me. We are just being friendly if we have a harvest event that requires a friend to come. But I realized that winning souls is loving souls! Eventually we would be able to bring them to church. Because they know how much we care!

Why don’t we help an old lady with her things as she crosses the road? Why don’t we greet a man with a nice shoes and start the conversation in there. There are a lot of ways that we can help and bring a smile to other people!

Sometimes, church is the most unproductive organization in the community. Not even one knows that they are a church! We must work right! And I believe that the church is the hope of the world when it is working right!

I am just so excited!

I pray that my young people will be the most friendly and lovable person in their workplace and in the community! And eventually the church will grow because of these loving people.

I am just excited to win and love people!

Overall

I will change because if I change everything will change and I will shine like the stars in the heavens! I will love people. I will grow the church! Thanks for putting this into my heart.
